Hello, and welcome to Level Up, Indiana! A newsletter by PCG to share Vocational Rehabilitation employment service provider stories and best practices. This week, we showcase the financial benefits of joining the Level Up coaching network—of course, in addition to being an active part of the community!

Providers and coaches make more money by participating in the network. Our coaching network pays coaches at higher rates than VR’s employment services. Based on provider feedback, we have enhanced rates, and added group coaching! Coaches providing services earn $63 an hour per learner. Below, is a sample of the earnings for a coach in our coaching network for one month. In this example, a coach delivered group coaching on 2 days to 3 people in a small group. The coach earned $189 an hour! And what we love about this: the coach makes more money too.
