This session will provide an overview of the evidence-based interventions which have been proven to improve job retention rates. Multicultural Perspectives of the Tidal Wave of ServicesWednesday, March 8, 2023, 2:45 to 4:00 Identifying, accessing, and receiving services may feel like a tidal wave of confusion for people with disabilities and their families. This session will share the findings of a qualitative analysis of sixteen interviews conducted with multicultural individuals and parents of individuals with a mental health/developmental disabilities dual diagnosis sharing their lived experiences. This session will include recommendations for culturally responsive services that can better meet the needs of individuals with a dual diagnosis from multicultural backgrounds.
