You asked and we delivered! We have created a Pre-ETS Instructor Toolkit filled with resources to support your delivery of evidence based Pre-ETS programs. The toolkit includes resources on collaboration, cultural diversity, and each of the 5 Pre-ETS areas.

The Pre-ETS Toolkit includes proven resources you can use to learn the basics of pre-ETS. It includes:

• Lesson plans

• Skill-building exercises

• Interactive discussion prompts

• Online resources

Learn From the Pros!

The Level Up Coaching Network connects employment services professionals to seasoned employment staff based on areas of need. Coaching is provided virtually or in-person.

Our coaches have experience in all areas of employment services, including:

• Discovery

• Job development

• Employer engagement and outreach

• Job placement

• Supported employment

• Working with individuals who are blind or visually impaired

• And more

When you first sign up for the Coaching Network, you’ll complete a pre-assessment survey to find out your key areas for growth. We encourage you to talk with your supervisor to decide which skills you should work on first.

 Your coach will provide advice and record your progress. These notes will be shared with you and your supervisor, so you have precise feedback, and your supervisor can provide the best support possible.

Level Up Indiana is recruiting additional coaches to join the Coaching Network. Become a coach and share your expertise through one-on-one mentoring and training with new employment professionals or employment program managers. As a coach, your knowledge will impact the lives of many people with disabilities beyond your local community.

We know that, as an expert, your time is valuable. That’s why Level Up IN is committed to providing fair compensation for the time you spend coaching!

A Trauma-Informed Accessibility Approach & How It Can Help Everyone

There are many factors that affect how accessible services are to people, such as language and location. Trauma is another one of these factors. Trauma can affect a person’s physical and mental health. It also affects how we engage with and navigate our surroundings. Most people will experience a traumatic event and people with disabilities are at an increased risk. Being aware of how trauma can impact a person and applying that knowledge can improve accessibility of services. Likewise, using an accessibility approach can improve services for people who are affected by trauma too.
