The Discovery Profile and Monthly Progress Summary (MPS) forms have been updated to reflect suggestions made by Discovery Cohort B, which included both Employment Services staff and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) staff. These changes include incorporating information from the MPS into the Discovery Profile, which will now be submitted monthly to VR. As such, the MPS will no longer need to be submitted to VR during the provision of Discovery Services. The MPS will be utilized once Discovery Services are complete, throughout the remainder of the provision of Employment Services for the participant. Further enhancements were made to the documents to streamline information, improve efficiency, as well as enhance communication between Employment Services and VR staff. The documents were also amended to include more participant-focused language. The Employment Services (ES) Manual also received an update, please review the video and manual for further information.
