The Level Up Indiana: Employment Specialist Initiative (ESI) and its partners respect the privacy of your personal information.  This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information that we may collect from you at our website, what we do with that information, and with whom we share the information. 

User Agreement 

Each visitor to our website (“the User”) is encouraged to review this Privacy Policy. By using our website, the User is accepting the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy cannot be changed by the User.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the amended version on our website.

Collection and Use of User information 

We collect and process two types of User information: computer information that is collected automatically, and personal information that you enter voluntarily.  All personal information is collected directly from Users, not from third parties.  

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 16 years of age.

PCG does not sell, rent, or trade personal information for commercial purposes.  

PCG does not transfer personal data outside of the United States.

These outside websites are not subject to this Privacy Policy, and we are not responsible for their privacy policies. However, no system can be absolutely secure.
