The Level Up Coaching Network connects employment services professionals to seasoned employment staff based on the learner’s areas of need. Coaching is available virtually or in-person to ensure you get the exact level of support you want.
The Right Coach for You
Level Up Indiana works hard to find the perfect coach for your goals.
When you first join the Coaching Network, you’ll complete a pre-coaching screening to find out your key growth areas. We encourage you to talk with your supervisor to decide which skills you should work on first.
Level Up IN staff will then review your screening results to match you with a coach who is an expert in your growth area. Our coaches have experience in all areas of employment services, including:
Discovery
Job development
Employer engagement and outreach
Job placement
Supported employment
Working with individuals who are blind or visually impaired
And more
During sessions, your coach will provide advice and record your progress. These notes will be shared with you and your supervisor, so you have precise feedback and your supervisor can provide the best support possible.
