The Level Up Peer Mentor Network connects employment services professionals to seasoned employment staff based on the learner’s needs. Mentoring is available virtually or in-person to ensure you get the exact level of support you want.
The Right Mentor for You
Level Up Indiana works with you to understand the purpose and learn expectations for documenting quality services
Peer Mentors will meet with you and your supervisor to determine what VR administrative tasks you are challenged with. Together you will prioritize what tasks to focus on.
Level Up IN staff will then review your screening results to match you with a mentor who is an expert in your growth area. Our mentors have experience in all areas of employment, including:

Your mentor will provide feedback and recommendations to you are your supervisor. These notes will be shared with you and your supervisor, so you have precise feedback, and so your supervisor can provide the best support possible.
