Meet Our Facilitator
Paul Phares, M.Ed.
Paul Phares, M.Ed. has over 20 years’ experience in mental health, substance use, and supported employment program implementation. He has extensive experience in service design in several evidence-based practices such as Assertive Community Treatment, Mental Health Courts, and Individual Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment. Paul has worked closely with courts, hospitals, law enforcement, and state agencies to develop policies, procedures, and implement programs in Illinois and Iowa. Mr. Phares holds a Master of Education in Community Counseling from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science, Psychology, from St. Ambrose University
