While many providers were able to quickly pivot in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we can be better prepared to continue services and minimize disruptions to services and billing. This means providing support in a new way to prepare job seekers and new employees as they fill labor gaps in the quickly changing job market.  This also requires that managers adjust how they plan, train, and prepare providers to effectively continue operations.
