Great supervisors and coaches can make a pivotal difference and support positive employment outcomes, and the development and retention of strong teams. This year, Level Up Indiana: ESI is excited to bring leaders more support, training, and opportunity to strengthen skills that are critical to keeping and growing strong staff.
Your team relies on you. Learn from experts, and each other, how to be a strong supervisor and coach. We hope you will join us for both Supervisor Circles and Level Up Your Leadership: they will work hand in hand to improve practices and build your network!
Supervisor Circles
We can all use a little help from our friends. Join your fellow leaders for small group sessions where you can connect and learn. Let’s all grow by sharing successes, commiserating on challenges, and working together to find solutions.
Who: Supervisors, Program Managers, Lead Employment Specialists, Coaches, and other members of Leadership
When: The third Thursday of each month, from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. EST
