We need you!  To plan and provide relevant, timely training over the next year, we are seeking feedback from all employment service providers through this brief needs assessment survey. Your responses are confidential. Information will be combined to identify trends and needs of employment service providers.  Individual responses will not be shared with VR.

Who: Staff from employment service providers: from employment specialists to CEO’s.  Multiple staff from each agency are encouraged to respond.
