Training Opportunities

Intentional Coaching, Supervision, and Supports Training

PCG is pleased to leverage and configure our trademarked Coaching for Success Curriculum, which has been used nationally to improve coaching and supervision practices. For this engagement, content will be configured for Indiana VR employment coaches, Lead EC’s, managers, and supervisors.

This training will include the following concepts:

 

Introduction to coaching, including a person-centered approach

  1. Giving feedback 

  2. Setting staff goals  

  3. Scaffolding 

  4. Correspondence training 

  5. Positive self-talk 

 

  1. Relationship-based and reflective practice 

  2. Responsive vs. reactive responses 

  3. Supporting emotional labor and staff burnout
